Shipping policy

Shipping Fee Policy:

If your shipment is not delivered within 7 days of your purchase, we will automatically refund the shipping fee. However, once the item has been dispatched, the shipping fee becomes non-refundable.

Our drivers will contact you when they are on their way to the address you provided and will follow the time slot you suggested. If a driver makes three unsuccessful delivery attempts despite coordinating with you, the shipping fee will not be refunded, and an in-person pickup will be arranged.

Delivery Schedule:

Orders placed between Monday and Thursday are scheduled for delivery on the upcoming weekend. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be attempted for delivery on the subsequent weekend. Please note that due to logistics, delivery may extend to the following weekend on orders placed between Friday and Sunday. 

Pick-Up Option:

You have the option to pick up your order from our site. Please specify this preference during the checkout process. You will be notified via WhatsApp with a pick up address and time frame when your order is ready for pick-up.
